This series contains records of the promotional activities of the Rocky Mountain Jewish Historical Society to publicize the history of the Jewish experience in the Rocky Mountain West. These activities include: trips to historical sites, annual dinners, fundraisers, and commemorative events.

File folder contains correspondence, flyers, and a DVD with photos taken at the "From Haven to Home: 350 Years of Jewish Life in America" exhibit on display at DPL. Exhibit was installed and on display at both the Anderson Academic Commons at the University of Denver and the Denver Public Library.

File folder contains materials relevant to the special event and exhibit about the CCCSJ and Lillian Butler Hoffman. Materials include (3) DVDs of the event at different universities, correspondence, photos of Lillian Hoffman, and an RMJHS piece entitled "From Denver to Moscow: The Colorado Committee of Concern for Soviet Jewry".

Folder contains correspondence between Henry Lowenstein and the museum, notes, copies of clippings, Maria's resume, and 15 identified slides of Maria Lowenstein's paintings in the National Museum of Women in the Arts research center.

File Folder eight contains flyers for the "Objects in Search of Stories" challenge as well as correspondence related to the challenge and associated event. The "Objects in Search of Stories" challenge called for participants to view The Beck Archives online collections, select an image, and create something inspired by the selected image. A reception was held later in the season to showcase the submissions inspired by the Beck Archives materials.

File folder contains an exhibit book and a book entitled "Recollection" about Susan Cooper's art, which depicts synagogues in Poland that were destroyed during World War II. There is also a DVD of Susan Cooper exploring her artwork during an RMJHS event.
